Ticketmaster is proud to unveil the latest version of its Ticketmaster One Analytics v2.5, significantly improving the way clients manage their events and ticket inventory.

This exciting release introduces Inventory Status Report, which uses the Interactive Seat Map (ISM) to update seat data in real time.

This means clients can monitor ticket inventory in real time, without even having to refresh the analytics tool.

The real time capabilities will display any changes between seat types, as well as providing a filter option for clients who wish to focus on the status of one single inventory type.

Clients will be shown a feature card when next logging into Ticketmaster One Analytics, allowing them to activate the feature. Please note, this option will only display once.

In further updates to the platform, Ticketmaster One Analytics is converting its API service to improve user experience for clients.

Users can now run timely Audit reports which return data in less than 15 seconds, including for large stadium venues and during periods of heavy host usage.

Ticketmaster took part in the Black Friday fanfare last week with a one-day Flash Sale across selected Australian events.
