At Ticketmaster Australasia, we’re thrilled to reveal new technology for live entertainment fans throughout Australia with the launch of ‘View From Section’. This game-changing technology is set to significantly enhance the ticket-buying experience for fans down under. 

In exclusive partnership with IOMEDIA, Ticketmaster welcomes the addition of 3D visualisation and virtual design to event pages, allowing fans to see the view from their seat before they book.

This industry-leading technology will significantly enhance the way fans book tickets for live entertainment events by allowing more insight during the purchasing process.

Ticketmaster’s virtual ‘View From Section’ visuals will give fans a full 360 degree view of the venue, launching them right into the action before the event even takes place.

We are ahead of many key markets in implementing this technology and follow in the footsteps of a successful integration by our American counterparts.

Launched in partnership with the AFL and Etihad Stadium, the ‘View From Section’ capabilities are so good even other ticketing brands in Australia will be integrating our technology on their platforms.

‘View From Section’ functionality will be available to Ticketmaster customers booking on both desktop and mobile, meaning a more informed ticket-booking experience wherever you are.
