The way customers see Ticketmaster websites is improving thanks to a new fully responsive website.

With CCP (Consolidated Consumer Platform), fans using Ticketmaster Australia and New Zealand will be served the same high quality results no matter what screen size they are viewing our websites on.

After months of preparation, we are pleased to begin rolling out CCP across Ticketmaster Australia desktop and mobile.

Continuing to prioritise our mobile customers’ need for the most optimised user experience, we are now streamlining the platform even further.

With CCP, our ticket-buying experience will be as consistent as it can possibly be across all Ticketmaster channels; desktop, mobile web and mobile app.

The CCP project introduces a responsive platform that’s built to serve all customer web channels with consistent inventory, offers, performance, reliability and features via channel-optimised user experiences.

Crucially, CCP will allow any event to display on our website and mobile device in the same way at any given stage of the sale.

We are now able to roll out A/B testing for a number of selected events across Ticketmaster Australia.

Ticketmaster New Zealand will see the update later this year.
