We are pleased to announce that an updated version of Ticketmaster’s Ticker app is now available globally to download for both iOS and Android users.
Our industry-leading app includes a number of key new features such as Inventory Status Reports and Sales Summary screens, along with a fresh design update and data reorganisation, which makes viewing sales much clearer and easier.
The introduction of Inventory Status reporting revolutionises the capabilities through Ticker 3.0, powered by Interactive Seat Maps (ISMs) to provide a clear view of inventory status at seat level.
Our Head of Product, Clive Pilkington has this to say about the new and improved version of Ticker: “We have done away with the dedicated ‘Sales Today’ screen and consolidated all sales information on a brand new Sales Summary screen. There is also a fantastic new Inventory Status screen that includes the ISM, if available for the event. Both of these changes should make viewing and tracking inventory even easier than ever before.”

*For Android users Ticketmaster mobile applications are supported on version 6 and above, ISMs are supported for iOS 10 and above. The ISM is currently not available for Artist users. If the ISM is not available, users will see the original donut graph for inventory.
