Here’s how our new reporting tools can help improve your sales efforts, as Analytics and Ticket replaces ReportPro.

Are you using our new reporting tools? We've recently introduced Analytics and Ticker to help step up your sales efforts.

Analytics provides you with real-time information on ticket sales, revenues, inventory and much more. It helps you see the full context in which your sales are occurring through a variety of reports – including the Upcoming Events Overview, Real-Time Event Audit, Sales Trends, Sales Channels and Sales Comparison. And you can access a subset of those Analytics reports on your iPhone with our free Ticker app. Ticker similarly offers real-time reporting so you can make decisions about your event on the go. 

Analytics and Ticker have replaced ReportPro. If you were already a ReportPro user, an account should have been created for you. Go to and log in with the same email address you used to log in to ReportPro and select Forgot Password.

If you have any problems or you weren’t using ReportPro but now want to use Analytics and Ticker, simply contact your Client Manager who will set you up with access.
