We’re delighted to confirm the renewal of our Riverstage partnership for another term.

With this, Ticketmaster will continue to be the exclusive ticketing provider for all events held at the hugely popular Brisbane venue.

It’s cause for much celebration as we kick off 2017 by continuing to deliver the best quality service for all Riverstage events.

The renewal follows many new advancements at Ticketmaster which will undoubtedly only add to what the partnership can and will achieve.

Vice President at Live Nation, Asia Pacific, Luke Hede says, “Live Nation is thrilled to see the renewal of the Riverstage partnership for another term. It is a credit to Ticketmaster’s industry-leading technology and service that we can continue to benefit from this partnership, and ensure that our fans receive the best possible concert experiences from the time they purchase a ticket to the time they hear the final song. Live Nation looks forward to another strong year with Riverstage and Ticketmaster.”

Warwick Langworthy, General Manager Client Services at Ticketmaster, adds, "As an iconic venue within the Brisbane music scene, Ticketmaster is delighted to continue our long-standing relationship with Brisance City Council and Riverstage. We are committed to delivering the very best, industry-first capabilities for both fans and clients."

Riverstage will benefit – along with all Ticketmaster clients – from Ticketmaster One Analytics and our all-new Ticker app, to significantly improve reporting.

In addition, they’ll have access to dynamic pricing functionality through Ticketmaster One Client Hub and another new app in Ticketmaster Experience.

Plus, clients now benefit from our new and improved Call Centre phone platform.

Along with many other exclusive marketing initiatives that are available to Ticketmaster clients, all this ensures we are even more excited to continue our partnership with Riverstage into 2017.
