We are pleased to announce the appointment of Kane Kete to Artist Services Manager of Ticketmaster Australia and New Zealand.

Kane’s hire signals the global expansion of our Artist Services team which currently delivers ticketing and marketing campaigns for over 600 different artists each year in the US, Canada, UK and Europe. Kane will be responsible for delivering a number of initiatives which empower artists, giving them greater control of their ticketing such as the innovative Verified Fan solution.   

Kane joins from Live Nation, where he held the role of Marketing Manager – Ticketing. Prior to this, Kane held various positions at both Ticketmaster Australia and New Zealand for six years.

Maria O’Connor, Managing Director of Ticketmaster Australia and New Zealand, welcomed Kane’s appointment and declared the hire as a continuation of the company’s commitment to working closer with artists: “Like our colleagues in the Northern Hemisphere we are building a team here that can help an artist from the very start of their careers when they hit the clubs, and grow with them all the way to theatres, arenas and stadiums. Our Artist Services team will be rolling out our fan-first products such as Verified Fan, which are redefining the ticket buying experience and giving artists greater control.”
